Description

The building is a 17th-century timber-framed Post Office located on the west side of High Road in Wormley. It has been altered in the early 19th century and features a modern ground floor shop. The exterior is roughcast with a machine tile roof and consists of two storeys. On the first floor, there are three recessed sash windows, each with eight panes. The old chimney stacks have been rebuilt towards the south. Inside, the upper level retains exposed framing, while the ground floor shop has a modern imitation timber frame.
