Description

This is an 18th-century painted brick facade applied to an earlier building, likely timber-framed. The north end has a raised outline of a lower gable, visible on the plastered surface. The roof is covered with machine tiles. The building is two storeys high, with a modern attic. It has four flush sash windows, and the north ground floor windows are segmental headed, with a floor band running along that side. A modern doorcase has been added. The interior is believed to contain a central newel-type staircase extending from the basement to the attic.
