Description
No 110 and 112 High Road in Broxbourne is a semi-detached pair of houses built around 1840. They are constructed of yellow stock brick with stucco dressings and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have seven windows in total. The main block has five windows, consisting of a three-window center and slightly recessed outer porch bays with round-headed openings. There are also recessed one-window end bays. The deep eaves are supported by paired plain brackets, and there are central chimney stacks with blind arches. The center of the facade has tall ground floor sash windows adorned with entablatures, scrolls, and wrought-iron balconies featuring anthemion patterns. The first floor has 8/8-pane sash windows. The porches are finished with chamfered stucco. There is a modern addition to the northern bay of No 110.
