Description

Bond and Sons is a 16th-century timber-framed building located on the east side of High Street in Hoddesdon. It features plaster and cement rendering and has an old tile roof. The façade includes two canted shop window bays, a fascia board, and two modern casement windows on the first floor. There is a substantial two-bay house that is concealed behind the shopfront. A cross passage is located on the south side, and there is a deep brick cellar with arch-headed recesses in the walls.
