Description

Bury Cottage is a cottage dating from the mid-16th century or possibly earlier, with later additions and alterations. It originally comprised a hall with a crosswing to the left. The roof is covered with red plain tiles. The building is timber-framed and plastered, featuring three casement windows, and a plank and muntin door on the right-hand side. A red brick chimney stack is positioned off-centre. The cottage currently undergoing restoration features a crown post roof in the crosswing.
