Description

Mill Cottage is a 17th-century house located on the south side of Fishmarket Street in Thaxted. It is a timber-framed building, now plastered, with a modern plain tile roof. The house is one storey high with attics, and features a two-window range of double-hung vertical sliding sash windows. There are two catslide dormers. Central rendered chimney stacks are visible.
