Walnut Tree Cottage is a 16th-century cottage that has one storey and an attic. It features a thatched half-hipped roof and is constructed with a timber frame and plaster. The cottage has one casement window, a thatched and gabled porch, and a bay window. A red brick chimney stack is also present. An external plaque indicates that the cottage dates back to 1594.
