Description

Prior's Hall Barn is a fine timber-framed and weather-boarded aisled barn that dates from the mid-14th century, as indicated by the complicated top plate splayed scarf jointing. The barn consists of 8 bays and features king post roof construction. On the south side, there are 2 gabled entrance bays that retain their original bargeboards. The barn underwent extensive restoration in 1976-77.
