Description

Rose Cottage was originally two cottages, now converted into one tenement. The northern section dates from the 18th to 19th century and is timber-framed and plastered, featuring one storey with attics and small casement windows. A modern gabled brick porch extends from the front, and the roof is thatched. The southern section is an early 19th-century timber-framed structure that is weather-boarded and has two storeys. It includes a two-window range of leaded casements on the upper storey and modern casements on the ground storey, with a slate roof.
