Description

Ashdon Street Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house, with a cross wing at its southern end. The gable of the cross wing exhibits exposed timber framing. The house was altered in the 18th century and subsequently. The cross wing is two stories high, while the main block is single-story with attics. It features casement windows. The roof is slate-covered and includes a single dormer with a sloping roof, and the original external chimney stack is located at the south end.
