Description

Greencrofts is a house dating from the 17th century, which incorporates remains of an earlier building. It features a timber-framed structure that is plastered, topped with a hipped red plain tile roof on the east side. The house has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall, with a single-storey extension at the west end. The front has a four-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and modern shutters on the ground floor. An early 19th-century Tuscan porch adds to its architectural interest, and there are red brick chimney stacks.
