Description
The gatehouse to Easton Lodge is a 17th-century structure that was partly remodeled in the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a central carriageway flanked by lodges. The carriageway has a four-centred arch, with two central arches for the windows. The building is adorned with giant brick pilasters and a central pediment, which is topped with a flat parapet. There is a lower parapet above the lodges, complemented by projecting cornices below. Additional architectural details include hood moulds and Y-traceried glazing bars, as well as arched doorways leading to the lodges.
