Description
Brook End Farmhouse is a house from the mid-19th century, built of Gault brick and featuring a hipped grey slate roof. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range, with the ends breaking forward on either side of a central door. The windows are three-light, double-hung sash style, complete with glazing bars and gauged brick arches. The stone doorway is framed by four plain pilasters and topped with fluted brackets that support a flat canopy. The entrance features a six-panel door, which is accessed by four steps. To the left, there is a two-story addition that has one window range, constructed with matching bricks and a slate roof. The house also has two symmetrically placed chimney stacks made of Gault brick.
