Description
Freers Cottage is a cottage composed of three sections, dating from the 16th century or earlier, with later additions and alterations. It features a red plain tile roof, with the main section displaying a diamond pattern and a hipped roof to the right. The cottage is two storeys high, with a central range that has one storey and an attic, which includes a gabled dormer. To the left, there is a smaller range with a gambrel roof. The front has three windows, which are 20th-century square leaded casements. The entrance is a 20th-century plank and muntin door located in a glazed enclosed porch that has a gabled roof, also covered with red plain tiles. There are three red brick chimney stacks on the cottage.
