Description

The Old Fox is a former inn located on Radwinter Road in Ashdon. This building dates back to the 17th century, with some features from the 18th century. It is a two-storey structure with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The front has three windows, primarily casements with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a small canted bay featuring double-hung sashes, along with a three-light double-hung sash, both of which have vertical glazing bars. The roof is tiled and includes a central rectangular chimney stack with a panelled base. Additionally, the front of the building is adorned with a moulded wood eaves cornice.
