Description

Boyes is a cottage dating from the 18th century or earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring a hipped end facing the road. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and the building has two storeys. The cottage includes several three-light small-paned casement windows, with one range located on the road frontage. There is a 20th-century plank and muntin door that has decorative patera at the corners of the architrave and a flat canopy above it. A red brick chimney stack is also present.
