Description
This building, known as the United Drug Company, is an early 16th-century house that was once said to be the Friends Meeting House. It is constructed of red brick and has a red plain tile roof that is half hipped to the north. The building has two storeys and features a five-window range of casements. There are two blocked doorways on the ground floor that have been converted into windows, with the outline of a former label visible above one of them. A brick band runs along the structure, and there is decorative diaperwork made from flared headers. The original side purlin roof is still intact inside the building.
