Description

Oak Cottage is a 16th century timber-framed and plastered house that has been completely refronted on the north side in the 20th century. It has two storeys, with the upper storey being tile hung and the ground storey faced with rustic weather-boarding. The roof is tiled, half-hipped at both the east and west ends, and features gambrels. There is an original central chimney stack with diagonal shafts.
