Wenden Place Cottage is an 18th century timber-framed and plastered house, standing two storeys tall. It features a two-window range of horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. There is a single storey addition that extends to the west and projects slightly to the south. The roof is thatched and has end chimney stacks.
