Description

This outbuilding, possibly a brew house, dates from the 18th century and is located approximately 20 metres to the north of Barnston Lodge on Parsonage Lane. It is a single-storey structure that is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a plain red tile roof and featuring a red brick chimney stack. The building has small-paned casement windows and a red brick fireplace that is slightly curved, with a heavy iron tie bar bolted to the soffit.
