Description

Absolpark Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered house that dates back to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century and some modern additions. The building has two storeys and features a prominent central gabled porch that projects from the front. There are five windows, which are casements with leaded lights, and two of the first-storey windows have small gables in the roof. A wing extends to the east at the rear of the house. The roof is tiled, with a mansard design on the east wing. Inside, the kitchen has exposed ceiling beams and joists, and there is an original corner cupboard located in the hall of the main block. To the northeast of the house, there is a completely moated site.
