Description

No. 18 Town Street is a late 14th century or early 15th century house that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a grey slate roof. The building has two storeys and is part of a hall house with a cross-wing. It features a four-window range of double hung vertical sliding sashes. The exterior has modern pargetting. Inside, much of the original frame is still visible, including some heavily moulded beams.
