Description
Chaureth Cottage is a 17th-century house located on the west side of Pear Tree Cottage in Broxted. It is timber-framed and has been plastered, with a hipped thatched roof. The house is single-storey with attics. It originally had two windows, now fitted with 19th-century casement windows. The cottage features two gabled dormers and a lean-to addition at the rear.
