Description

This cottage, dating from the mid-19th century, is located to the east of Newton Hall. It is constructed of red brick and features a red plain tile roof. The building is a single storey with two crow-stepped gables, the left one projecting forward to create a small crosswing. There is a porch made of red brick that also has a crow-stepped gable. The cottage has three original casement windows, with the leftmost window adapted to serve as full-height doors. Red brick chimney stacks complete the exterior.
