Reed House is an 18th-century timber-framed house, with plaster rendering to the exterior. It is two storeys high and has a four-window front, featuring casement windows with leaded lattice glass. The ground-floor windows have modern louvred shutters. A small porch projects from the front. The thatched roof incorporates a central chimney stack with attached shafts.
