Description
Thatched Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1600, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plastered exterior. The roof is thatched, and there is a plastered chimney stack on the left side. The cottage features lean-to extensions on the right and at the rear. It is one storey high with attics and has a two-window range of small paned pivot windows. The right side has a 20th-century plank and muntin door. The cottage consists of two bays and has an inserted ceiling. The side purlin roof is pegged at the ridge.
