Description

This cartlodge, dating from the 18th century, is located approximately 30 metres north-west of Sladbury's Old House in Clacton-on-Sea. It features a timber frame and a hipped roof covered with grey slate. The three northern bays are open to the east and west, showcasing solid arched braces that create an arcade effect. The southern bays are weatherboarded and have a brick plinth.
