Description
Little Holland Hall is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier. Originally built with a timber frame, it has been faced with red brick in the 18th and 19th centuries. The building features red plain tiled roofs and has four large red brick chimney stacks that are visible. The main façade, which faces west, has a hipped roof, while the rear wings include a southern wing with a hip to the west and two gabled dormers to the east. The main range is two stories high and has a central band that continues around the corners.
The front of the house has a six-window range with small paned vertically sliding sashes, each topped with gauged brick arches. On the left side, there is a 20th-century panelled door with a top light, and on the right, a six-panelled door with plain pilasters, a frieze, and a flat canopy above it, which features a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars. The south face includes a parapet and a two-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes on the west range, with similar windows in the dormers. There is also a 20th-century conservatory on the ground floor.
