Description
Burnt Ash Farmhouse is a house with origins dating back to the 16th century, featuring later alterations and 20th-century additions. The structure is timber framed and faced with red brick, topped by a red plain tiled roof. It has a chimney stack on the left side and a dentilled eaves cornice with end pilasters. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range consisting of small paned vertically sliding sashes with segmental heads. The left side features a six-panelled door and a 20th-century gabled porch. Inside, there are stop-chamfered bridging joists and flat section ceiling beams, along with a large chimney stack that now includes a 20th-century fireplace.
