Description

Nether Hall is a house dating from the 18th century, although it may incorporate earlier fabric. It is constructed of gault brick and has double-pitched, red tiled roofs with chimney stacks at the rear left and right. A brick parapet runs along the top of the building, with decorative central bands. The house extends over two storeys, with attics and cellars, and has a five-window front featuring small-paned, vertically sliding sash windows set within gauged brick arches. The central doorway has four panels above and two lights, with reveal panels, half columns with moulded capitals and bases, a moulded frieze, and a flat canopy. Internal shutters are fitted to the windows.
