Description

Hollywood Farmhouse is a house dating from the 18th century or possibly earlier, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick, with weatherboarding to the rear, and has a red plain tiled roof that is hipped to the left of the left-hand range. Chimney stacks with dentilled eaves cornices and a central band are present. The house is two storeys and attics, with a further two storeys to the left range, and features two gabled dormers. The front elevation has a 1:3 window range of vertically sliding sash windows; these are small-paned to the main range, with glazing bars to the left. The ground floor and left range windows have segmental heads. A recessed four-panel, two-light door is set within a lugged moulded surround, and is accessed via a red brick gabled porch of the 20th century.
