Description
The orangery attached to the rear of Braxted Park House is a 18th-century structure now used as a swimming pool. It is built of red brick and features a hipped glazed roof. The building is single storey with a parapet that has a moulded stone cornice. There are four long round-headed windows with vertically sliding sashes that include glazing bars, along with central matching glazed double doors. Inside, the orangery has trellised panels, which were painted by G. Davis in 1971.
