Description
Parndon Mill House is a mid-18th century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick with a rendered front elevation. The ground floor features a stone or stucco porch supported by flat pilasters, complete with an entablature and cast iron railings. To the left and right of the porch are matching tripartite windows. Above a stucco band on the first floor, there is a range of five casement windows set in stucco surrounds, with a bold string course above. The third storey contains five smaller casement windows. The roof is covered with peg tiles and has ridge and brick-coped gables, with a chimney stack on each side.
