Hipped red plain tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 window range of C20 casements. Central door with C18 moulded architrave and semi-circular fanlight above, with glazing bars. Pediment and brackets. Red brick chimney. Internally are stop chamfered bridging joists and Cl8 doors and ironmongery.
