Description
The Haylands is a house built around 1800. Its walls are stucco or cement rendered but are completely covered by creeper plants. The roof is made of slate. The building has a square plan and faces southeast, featuring side chimney stacks and a rear wing extending from the southwest end. It is two storeys high with a central four-panel door, where the upper panels are glazed. Above the door is a rectangular light with geometrical tracery made of cast iron. On the ground floor, there are four double-hung sash windows, each with 12 lights, and five sash windows on the first floor. The house has a cornice and parapet, creating a symmetrical appearance.
