C18 and earlier. Painted weatherboarding on timber framework, old tiled roof with 2 gables. 2 storeys, 2 lattice 2 light flush casement windows. Central 4 panel door, 2 panels glazed, architrave surround, open pediment on consoles. Red brick pair of tall chimney stacks.
