Description

This is a 17th-century barn located to the southwest of Great Tawney Hall. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a corrugated asbestos roof. The barn features six bays and has a queen post roof with staggered side purlins. The structure includes straight braces to the tie beams and through bracing to the walls, with halved and bladed scarf joints.
