Description

Great Colemans is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered brick, topped with three ranges of grey slate roofs, each with a hip to the front. The two-storey facade has a three-window range, with the central range projecting forward. The windows are small-paned vertical sliding sashes with shutters. Pilaster strips are present to the right and left of each range. A central, enclosed porch features fluted pilasters and a frieze above the entrance. The front door is double panelled, with side lights and a fanlight. There are three plastered chimney stacks.
