Description
The Woodman Public House is a 17th century building that features a timber frame and is weatherboarded with some plaster. It has a plain red tiled roof and includes a gabled crosswing to the right, which has a lean-to extension, as well as a lean-to extension to the left. The building has a gabled dormer with barge boards and is primarily one storey with an attic, while the crosswing is two storeys. The windows are mainly three-light, diamond leaded casements, and there are shutters. The entrance has a 20th century part glazed door with a flat canopy supported by brackets. There is an off-centre red brick chimney stack with three attached diagonal shafts, along with additional red brick chimney stacks on the left and right.
