Description

The walls adjacent to the South Lodge of Birch Hall were built in the mid-19th century using grey gault brick. They have a serpentine shape and feature a plinth and a string course. Above the string course, the walls are pierced and topped with stone coping and decorative brackets. The piers include consoles and stone caps.
