Description

Dedham House is a house built around 1830, constructed with gault-brick and featuring two storeys and three bays. It has a hipped roof covered with slate and a single gault chimney-stack. On the first storey, there is a range of three small-paned sash windows with concealed boxes, set under straight rubbed arches. The central ground storey has a square stucco porch that includes two panelled doors, a glazed light above, and matching sash windows on either side.
