Description

The outhouse located at the rear, southeast of Dedham House, dates from around 1830 and may have originally served as a coach-house. It is a two-storey structure built of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern. The roof is hipped and pyramidal, covered with slate and featuring eaves, and it is topped with a wind-vane.
