Description

Abrams Farmhouse is a 16th-century farmhouse that has been modernized on the outside. It features a long range that is timber framed and rendered. The central entrance has a modern front door flanked by sets of three transomed casement windows on each side. Above the eaves, there are two gabled dormers. The roof is ridged with gables, covered in concrete tiles, and has a central red brick chimney stack. A wing extends to the rear of the building. Inside, there are jowled storey-posts and flat oak joists with haunched tenons. Oak weatherboards are present beneath the rendering.
