Description

Patrick Farmhouse is an early 19th century house located on Jupes Hill near Wakes Colne. The house is constructed of gault brick, with two storeys and a three-window front. The upper storey has small-paned sash windows set beneath stone lintels with splayed ends. The ground floor features two angled bays, each with three pairs of sash windows. A central doorcase is defined by pilasters and a flat hood. The roof is slated, with lead flashing on the hips. The chimney stacks are constructed of gault brick on the side walls, and red brick on the rear wall.
