Description

Pump Hall is a late medieval house, probably from the 16th century. It is timber framed and plastered, standing two storeys high. The rear slope features three gabled dormers, while the front slope has one gabled dormer. The ground storey at the front has four modern casement windows. An end of a binding-joist can be seen protruding through the south-west wall, indicating that a first floor was added to what was originally an open hall.
