Description

Maltings Farmhouse is a late 16th-century house that features a timber frame, plastered exterior, and part weatherboarding, topped with a red plain tile roof that is hipped at the east end. The building has two storeys and includes 18th-century double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars, as well as horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. There is a flat-roofed dormer on the north side and an original central chimney stack. The south front has a two-storey gabled porch, and there are two lean-to extensions on the north side.
