Description

Kemp's Farmhouse is a 17th-century house featuring five bays and two storeys. It is framed in timber and has a front made of red brick laid in Flemish bond. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles, and has a large red brick chimney stack at the center. The ground storey includes a central porch flanked by a set of three casement windows with a transom, while the first storey has three matching casements, with the central one having only two lights. There is a lean-to at the rear, which is of later date. Inside, the oak frame displays bladed scarf joints.
