Description

Pungford Cottages is a 15th century, two-storey building that features a long range constructed from timber framing and plaster. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles, and it appears to have possibly been built in two phases, with the eastern third having a different roof line. There are three red brick chimneys along the ridge line. The eaves extend over a single-storey lean-to on the west end. The first storey has a range of six mixed wooden casements, while the ground storey has a range of eight casements interspersed with three doors. At the rear, there is a lean-to that does not extend the full length of the building.
