Description

Long Acres is a 17th-century house located on Wormingford Colchester Road. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring one storey with attics and three bays in length. The frame is made of oak, with narrow-section studs. The windows are modern, and the roof has lapped collars and side-purlins. The original plaster on the north gable, which has a guilloche pattern, is now internal due to an extension of the house to the north.
