Description

Nos 56 and 57 on High Street are 18th century buildings featuring a red brick front that rises three storeys. The façade has a six-window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars, with the first-floor windows on No 57 being particularly tall. There is a brick band between the second and third storeys, along with a row of recessed panels. The ground floor has modern shop fronts, while the buildings also contain medieval cellars.
